FCRA — Credit Reports & Adverse Action

If we obtain a consumer report (credit report) about you in connection with your loan application, we will do so only with your written authorization, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). ESIGN Act — Electronic Records Consent

By creating an account and checking the e-consent box, you consent under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN, 15 U.S.C. § 7001) to receive loan disclosures, notices, and other required documents in electronic form rather than on paper. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing. To access electronic disclosures you will need an internet-connected device, a current web browser, an active email address, and the ability to view PDF documents. You may request paper copies of any disclosure at any time at no charge.

Records Retention

Federal law requires us to retain loan files and related records for specified periods (generally 25 months for ECOA, 3 years for HMDA loan/application register data, and 5 years for TILA records). We retain records consistent with these requirements and our internal records retention policy.
