If we take adverse action against your application based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report, we will provide you with a written Adverse Action Notice within 30 days, as required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA, 15 U.S.C. § 1691) and the FCRA. The notice will include the name, address, and toll-free phone number of the consumer reporting agency that supplied the report, your right to obtain a free copy of that report, and your right to dispute its accuracy directly with the agency.

Federal law requires us to retain loan files and related records for specified periods (generally 25 months for ECOA, 3 years for HMDA loan/application register data, and 5 years for TILA records). We retain records consistent with these requirements and our internal records retention policy.
